Group Financial Controller
Ms Chew oversees the Group’s finance operations which include managing the Group’s Finance department, implementing and improving existing accounting policies and systems, managing the Group’s forecast, annual department planning and budgeting processes, developing and implementing new accounting policies and systems and performing treasury duties.
Prior to joining the Group, she was a Financial Controller with Sincere Watch Limited. |

Group Finance Manager
Ms
Koh is responsible for the Group’s accounting
and financial reporting, including tax, budgeting
and investor relations. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy
from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore,
and is a Certified Public Accountant with the
Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
Prior to joining the Group in 2003, she was a senior
auditor with Ernst and Young. |

Group Information System Manager
Mr
Sugiharto oversees the Group's IT requirements. He provides
technological direction and overseas implementation of
computer systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree
with Honors in Computer Science from The University of
Central England. He is also a certified Architect for
Enterprise Java Application. He joined the group in 2006. |

Warehouse/ Operations
Manager
Mr Wong is responsible
for the Group’s warehouse
and operations function. He ensures that production
at the packaging facility is on schedule and oversees
the daily operations of the warehouse. He has been
with the Group since 1991. |

IT Manager
Ms
Leong oversees the development
and maintenance of the Group’s integrated and centrally-managed
communications network infrastructure. The network
leverages the Group's scale and scope to improve
efficiency for both the Group and distributors. She
is a Microsoft Certified Engineer and has been
with the Group since 1997. |

Supply Chain Manager
Ms
Tan leads the Group’s supply chain function
which includes logistic and inventory control.
She is in charge of planning, implementing, and
controlling the operations of the supply chain
with the purpose to satisfy customer requirements
as efficiently as possible. She also co-ordinate
the finished goods from point-of-origin to point-of-consumption.
She has been with the Group since 1998. |

Marketing Communications Manager
Ms Ho is responsible for the Group's overall marketing
efforts to raise public awareness of our activities.
Her responsibilities include event management,
advertising and promotions. She has over a decade
of experience in the marketing and promotion of
lifestyle products in the direct selling industry.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from the National
Taiwan University and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing
from the Marketing Institute of Singapore. She
joined the Group in 2003. |

Human Resource Manager / Special Assistant to Group CEO
Ms Goh is responsible for the Group’s workforce development and charts the company’s strategic directions. She ensures that human resource planning and management is in keeping with the company’s vision and mission as well as its corporate culture. By strategic planning, she helps to enhance employee performance by developing employee skills through training and the improvement of employees’ working conditions. She is concurrently PA to the Group CEO and assists her on special projects. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT and has been with the Group since 2004. |

Investor Relations and New Market Development Manager
Ms Kusuma leads the company Corporate Communications through the company’s branding, events, external communications and Investor Relations functions and is responsible for its overall execution and performance.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, she oversees the Group's management of its intellectual property portfolio, including copyrights, patents, licensing, standards and trademarks registrations worldwide. She also handles matters relating to new subsidiaries set up and corporate image of the offices in the region.
Prior to working with Best World, she spent three years working as an Accounts Executive in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, Australia and has been with the Group since 2005. |

Manager of Regional Membership & ENP, Operations
Mr Tang reports to the Group CEO and ensures that the operations related to sales promotions are aligned with the company’s marketing strategies.
He is also in charge of calculating and distributing bonus commission for distributors timely and accurately.
He holds a Degree in Psychology and Economics from the National University of Singapore.
He joined the Group in September 2005. |

Finance Manager
Ms Chan is responsible for all local accounting functions and assists the Group Finance Manager with the Group’s financial reporting and audit.
Prior to joining Best World in 2007, she was with Raffles Medical Group as a Finance Manager.
She holds a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) from the City University of Hong Kong and is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and a member of ACCA since Jan 2003. |

Branding Manager
Mr Ang oversees the development of new Product Brand identity, packaging design, product brand positioning, and product marketing training materials.
He sets the brand standards for all product brands to ensure that they are in line with the global trend. He also manages and oversees the implementation of these brands standards within our region to ensure consistency and brand building.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration with the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and was an Associate Director in Brand Alliance prior to joining Best World in April 2007. |

Software Development Manager
As Software Development Manager, Mr Yohanes Hendra reports to Group IT Manager and works with him to develop a focused, unified strategy and robust architecture for future Best World ENP platforms.
He holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Western Australia. He has various exposures in software development projectsin various platforms, but now is concentrating in using Java technology. He joined the Group in September 2007.
Prior to joining the Group, he was an IT Solution Specialist with Parkway Shenton Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Parkway Group Holdings. |
