Group Financial Controller
Ms
Koh is responsible for the Group’s accounting
and financial reporting, including tax, budgeting
and investor relations. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy
from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore,
and is a Certified Public Accountant with the
Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
Prior to joining the Group in 2003, she was a senior
auditor with Ernst and Young. Miss Koh assumed the position of Group Financial Controller on 1 March 2011. |

Group Manager, Human Resource Development
Dr. Gan oversees the Group’s Human Resource and training system. One of his key responsibilities is to design and implement leadership training programmes for distributors and staff that meet the Group’s vision and mission. He also works closely with the Group CEO and the Human Resource department in recruitment and development of staff, as well as in coaching and counselling of distributors.
He holds double doctorate degrees in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and Chinese Philosophy from East China Normal University. He has been in the education and training industry for close to 20 years, holding leadership positions in mainstream elementary to tertiary educational institutions as well as in special education. He also has over 10 years coaching and mentoring experience with mature students in life-skills acquisition and leadership development. He has in-depth working experience in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore over the past 10 years. |

Group Information System Manager
Mr
Sugiharto oversees the Group's IT requirements. He provides
technological direction and overseas implementation of
computer systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree
with Honors in Computer Science from The University of
Central England. He is also a certified Architect for
Enterprise Java Application. He joined the group in 2006. |

Group Branding Manager
Mr Ang champions the brand management of the company’s brands across global markets. He oversees the strategic positioning and development of brands at the group level.
He defines the brand standards across diverse product brands centred around delivering a distinctive brand experience for the customers. He leads a branding team who is in charge of consistent implementation and updates, ensuring that our brands are aligned to the global trends and remain competitive in the regional markets .
He joined Best World in April 2007 and holds a MBA from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. |

Warehouse/ Operations
Manager
Mr Wong is responsible
for the Group’s warehouse
and operations function. He ensures that production
at the packaging facility is on schedule and oversees
the daily operations of the warehouse. He has been
with the Group since 1991. |

IT Manager
Ms
Leong oversees the development
and maintenance of the Group’s integrated and centrally-managed
communications network infrastructure. The network
leverages the Group's scale and scope to improve
efficiency for both the Group and distributors. She
is a Microsoft Certified Engineer and has been
with the Group since 1997. |

Division Manager, Logistics
Ms Tan leads the Group’s logistics function which includes inventory control. She is in charge of planning, implementing, and controlling the operations of the logistics with the purpose to satisfy customer requirements as efficiently as possible. She also co-ordinate the finished goods from point-of-origin to point-of-consumption. She has been with the Group since 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from Murdoch University |

Division Manager, Regional Membership & ENP
Mr Tang reports to the Group CEO and ensures that the operations related to sales promotions are aligned with the company’s marketing strategies.
He is also in charge of calculating and distributing bonus commission for distributors timely and accurately.
He holds a Degree in Psychology and Economics from the National University of Singapore.
He joined the Group in September 2005. |

Finance Manager
Ms Chan is responsible for all local accounting functions and assists the Group Finance Manager with the Group’s financial reporting and audit.
Prior to joining Best World in 2007, she was with Raffles Medical Group as a Finance Manager.
She holds a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) from the City University of Hong Kong and is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and a member of ACCA since Jan 2003. |

Division Manager, Software Development
As Software Development Manager, Mr Yohanes Hendra reports to Group IT Manager and works with him to develop a focused, unified strategy and robust architecture for future Best World ENP platforms.
He holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Western Australia. He has various exposures in software development projectsin various platforms, but now is concentrating in using Java technology. He joined the Group in September 2007.
Prior to joining the Group, he was an IT Solution Specialist with Parkway Shenton Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Parkway Group Holdings. |
