Best World clinches Gold Award for Best Investor Relations Campaign for PR Awards 2017

23 March 2017 – SGX Mainboard-listed Best World International, together with its subsidiaries (“Best World” or the “Group”), is pleased to announce that Best World has received the “Gold Award” for “Best Investor Relations Campaign” at the fourth edition of the PR Awards 2017.

Organised by Marketing magazine, the PR Awards is a regional awards show dedicated to celebrating the most talented campaigns from the region’s public relations function. The winners for 2017 were chosen by a jury made up of senior communications experts from brands across the region. Best World was recognised for the best communication programme directed at investors, potential investors, shareholders and other constituencies through the use of reputation-building tools such as investor seminars, road-shows, webcast, shareholder meetings, press conferences, and annual reports.

The award underscores the Group’s continuous efforts in pursuing best-in-class corporate governance and IR practices. Best World’s consistent and transparent communication to build credibility and trust among investors, together with its achievement of record revenue and profitability for FY2016 have yielded positive returns on its share price performance which has more than 10-fold (year to date) since the start of 2016.
